CIEMAT’s NextGen Young Researchers are hosting the NextGen Congress, where early-career scientists showcase their work in Energy, Environment, and Technology in approachable and creative ways.

Laura Alonso will participate in this event, presenting her poster on the volumetric receiver concept.

By optimising geometry and operating conditions, we ensure materials stay within safe thermal limits while allowing a high energy yield. Laura’s role is building the CFD predictive models that validate this design – work that is now a core component of the ASTERIx-CAESar project.
